Patriots – Electors A call to duty
|
Fellow Patriots, This year’s election was historic
in many regards, not the least is Mr. Obama’s ascendency to being President
Elect Obama. This is a triumph of outreach to the voters. However, to rule
with legitimacy, a significant question must be once and for all put to bed
and the Constitution’s 20th amendment calls out this interim period as the
proper time and venue to vet any questions about qualifications. Some of you may have thought this was answered already by
Obama’s website posting, otherwise you and some 52% of fellow Americans may
have had significant reservations. The question, however, remains since that
abbreviated computer printed document was NOT the classic Certificate of Live
Birth with the detail showing witnesses and actual place of birth. That
stripped down computer printout is simply useless to prove Natural Born
Citizenship. He proffered a useless ID that fooled a lot of people but did not
definitively answer the question. The issue is fundamental, not policies nor
politics. It cannot be overlooked by reason of popularity or special
dispensation. It goes to the root of
rule by law and cuts to a core demand laid down by our founding fathers and
is enshrined in statutes that set the standard; the minimum standard that
must be met to hold the office of President. How could he get on the ballot if there really was such a
problem? Anyone can actually be on the ballot and this year we even had a
Nicaraguan fellow with but a green card for credentials on a number of
state’s presidential ballots! While numerous lawsuits have been filed to
force Mr. Obama’s to release public access to his certified birth,
immigration and passport records, to date he has managed to keep them all
sealed from public view. One would think his 1st born was being
asked for when all that was expected
was proof as to where he was born. This is no trivial matter as the civil transfer of power
and even the subordinate position of the military depends on the presumption
of legitimacy. We cannot leave this cloud hanging over the Presidency. In
2000, a very controversial decision over just the counting of some ballots
left large numbers of people with “He’s not my president” on their lips for
the next 8 years. Can you imagine the crippling disruptive effect if much
of America is not convinced that their president can legally assume the
office at all? Web sites detailing these question have received 50+Million
visits last month alone. This issue has not been answered and no court has
ever reviewed the merits of the arguments – only the “legal standing” of the
individuals asking. Included is a brief on why this issue persists. You however, as electors and the candidate, have
“standing,” a dog in the fight, if you will and this demands a timely answer.
Democrats are patriots, they don’t want to turn a blind eye to the
constitution any more than the Republicans or Independents. We all take our
lumps and victories at the pleasure of the voters and thank our Maker for
such a system. For
the sake of the validity of the new Presidency, ·
We the People ask that you, whether Democrats and
Republicans, Independents or Minor party candidates to add your names as Electors to this petition,
simply asking for a Congressional Investigation whose results would
be available prior to the casting of Electoral Ballots in December 15th
and on the table to answer any possible challenge as the 20th
amendment allows on January 6th. ·
We implore all electors to cast their ballot with a clear
conscience based on the supreme law of the constitution from facts provided
by such an investigation or to abstain or cast for another candidate if this
matter is not resolved to your satisfaction as an free elector. We understand this is a lot of fuss over the constitution, but we the people and you the electors have a right to this. This is fundamental to the rule of law and even the security of the nation. Realistically, it is not rocket science to release ones records. If there is no problem, there is nothing to hide. |

Electors. It is not difficult to ask
congress to access any birth immigration passport adoption record. They need
only subpoena these records and lay the cards on the table. |
