Hi, my name is Steve Marquis, the creator of PeoplesPassions and one of the 1st individuals to sue their Secretary of State over the 2008 presidential election. I am an engineer - just an average working stiff who happens to care deeply about my country and the Constitution it was built on. That is why I joined the growing cadre of citizens trying to keep people informed and this site is dedicated to motivate our citizens to action regarding this critical issue. The media is sure not doing it, so ordinary citizens must. My Secretary of State had failed in his duty to assure a fair honest transparent election that follows the constitution and so I exercised my right to petition the government in the courts for redress and relief. Others followed and continue the battle.

Our Founding Fathers were very concerned about the potential of having a man at our helm with divided loyalties and put in place restrictions and a method to depose a would be usurper at the Electoral College. This man who hides behind a mask, Obama, who was likely foreign born, foreign raised in his formative years and a man with, troubling relationships at home and significant family relationships to communist activists in Kenya can not be trusted with running our nation and it's military. Ironically, even John McCain, a war hero fails the constitution's strict requirement to born on US soil.  This is not an academic exercise. This is no drill. It is a pitched battle to demand adherence to the constitution that has preserved our very way of life.

When we look our children's children in the eye, we need to be able to say that we did all in our power to mend this flaw in our nations fabric. I urge all men and women, patriots in our day, to stand up and join the movement to defend the constitution and all that it stands for. Ponder the words of one of this nation's great patriots, Thomas Pain and then consider what you personally are doing to "mend this nations every flaw."
